‘Guess’ What Charli XCX, Billie Eilish Are Doing? Turning Fashion and Music into Charity
Summer might be hot enough already, but Charli XCX is turning up the heat even further with a bold and rebellious music video, making sure the “Brat Summer” vibe rages on.
On Thursday, the 32-year-old British avant-pop and electronic superstar released an energetic remix of her song “Guess,” featuring Grammy-winning singer Billie Eilish. The tune immediately went viral, racking up more than 2 million views on YouTube in less than 24 hours.

To support the remix, the duo also unveiled a music video directed by Aidan Zamiri. Set at a lively, sweat-infused house party, Charli XCX is seen dancing in a chic white miniskirt and green shirt, paired with a denim belt and black leather boots. The scene is filled with partygoers drinking, dancing and making out, with bras and underwear playfully tossed around.
Midway through the video, Eilish makes a dramatic entrance, crashing through the house on an oversized tractor. Despite the chaos, the party continues unabated. The pop duo then joins forces, climbing a massive tower of bras and underwear before playfully rolling around in it.
“What can I say,” Zamiri said about the grungy music video. “I love culture.”
While the music video showcases a wild, high-energy scene, it also serves an alternative purpose. In support of giving back, Charli XCX and Billie Eilish are donating all the bras and underwear used in their music video to “I Support The Girls” (ISTG), a non-profit organization.
ISTG collects and distributes essential items like bras, underwear and menstrual hygiene products, helping individuals experiencing homelessness, poverty, or distress “maintain their dignity,” Charli’s team said in a statement.
“You wanna buy it, share it, pack it, ship it, pull it off the shelves and then go gift it. Wear ’em, post ’em, go donate ’em, send them to us yeah, you know we’re with it,” ISTG said in its Instagram story, playing on the lyrics of the song “Guess.”
The new remix drops just a few months after Charli XCX released her sixth studio album, “Brat,” a follow-up to her 2022 album “Crash.” The 15-track album features her hit Y2K-inspired single “Von Dutch” with influencer Addison Rae, along with “Brb,” “Sympathy is a Knife,” “Club Classics,” and “360,” which features It Girl and Rivet 50 honoree Julia Fox in its music video.
Following the release of the “Guess” remix, Fox endorsed the hit, writing, “Literally the gift that keeps on giving,” on Charli XCX’s Instagram post featuring the video.
With its release, “Brat” made an immediate impact, debuting with 77,000 equivalent album units earned in the week ending June 13, according to Luminate. This achievement marks the biggest week of Charli’s career by units and secures her highest rank (No. 3) on the all-genre Billboard 200. The album has now officially sold over 100,000 total units in the U.S.
The superstar is now gearing up for her biggest headline shows yet, performing in arenas across the UK this November and December. She is also teaming up with Australian singer-songwriter and actor Troye Sivan for their highly anticipated co-headline U.S. arena tour, “Charli XCX & Troye Sivan Present: Sweat.”
