The Gum Ball 2023 Expands With Paul Dempsey, Cable Ties, & More

The Gum Ball announced the first batch of acts for its 2023 event in October. The festival – which takes place in Lower Belford, NSW, on Wonnarua Country – has now revealed its second artist announcement, including Paul Dempsey, Cable TiesAinslie Wills and more.

Canada’s The Sheepdogs will appear at The Gum Ball as part of their first trip to Australia since 2012. The second lineup announcement also includes First Beige, Datura4, Velvet Trip, Ben Leece & Left Of The Dial, and local outfits SPUZ and Saylor & The Flavor.

Paul Dempsey – ‘Idiot Oracle’

The Gum Ball runs from Friday, 21st to Monday, 24th April 2023. The 2023 lineup is headlined by American grunge icons Mudhoney, who’re appearing at the event as part of their first Aussie tour since 2014.

The Gum Ball has also snared big names such as Party DozenDarren Hanlon, and The New Christs, as well as Full Flower Moon Band, Darren Hanlon, Flowertruck, WILSN, Turtle Skull and more.
