When fans think of Guy Fieri, they likely picture the celebrity chef sporting his typical spiky bleach-blond hair and sunglasses. It's his signature style. However, the Food Network star's son recently shared a photo of him without his famous 'do—and Fieri was nearly unrecognizable.

On July 25, Ryder, 18, took to Instagram with a carousel of snaps from time spent at Ruth Lake in Ruth, Calif. "One for the books??," the teen captioned his update.

The main image showed Ryder sitting in a boat with his arm around a young lady. In other photos, Ryder wakeboarded and surfed. In the fifth photo, his dad, 56, stood on a board in the water while posing with a bottle of his Santo Tequila.

However, Fieri's normally gelled, spiky hair was flat, presumably from getting wet while enjoying water sports with his family. Without his signature hair, the celebrity chef looked markedly different than fans are used to seeing him.

In the comments, Instagram users reacted to the photos, and some noticed the sneaky photo of Fieri. "Bro these shots are ??????," one wrote.

Another follower commented, "OMG, your dad's a riot!!" while someone else shared, "You’re one lucky dude. If my dad was Guy Fieri I’d be a proud girl!!!! ??."

Recently, Fieri celebrated Ryder's high school graduation with a family photo of himself, the graduate, his wife, Lori, and their older son, Hunter, 27.

"So proud of @_ryderfieri," the doting dad captioned his June 8 update. "Wow what a great high school career!!3.7 GPA, basketball for 4 years and lacrosse senior year. Love you son!"

It remains to be seen whether Ryder will follow in his celebrity chef dad and brother's footsteps. Either way, hopefully he keeps the candid shots of Fieri coming!
