Halle Berry Shimmers in Tamara Ralph Metallic Dress at the ‘Never Let Go’ Red Carpet Premiere in New York City
Halle Berry embraced the burgeoning metallic trend walking the red carpet of her new film “Never Let Me Go” in New York City on Monday. The Oscar-winning actress posed for photos with cast members and the creative team behind the forthcoming horror movie.
For the premiere, Berry opted for a dress from Tamara Ralph’s spring 2024 couture collection. She wore a halter maxidress crafted from fine crystal mesh chevron, featuring stacked metallic tones and embellished with crystal chains.

The halter neckline of the dress featured gold details and metallic chain elements on the back, echoing the warm shades of the dress. Berry accessorized with a gold cuff bracelet and matching rings. Her look was curated by stylist Lindsay Flores, known for working with Christina Applegate and Diarra Kilpatrick, among others.
Berry’s dress made its runway debut during Paris Couture Week last January. Prior to the collection’s debut, Ralph said of the collection that she was “celebrating strength and femininity. It’s something that I launched with and is continuing through this collection,” per Jennifer Weil’s reporting for WWD.
“This collection is really celebrating craftsmanship and savoir-faire, through generations of couture in my family, and that Audemars Piguet has, as well,” Ralph said of the collection, referencing the collaboration with the Swiss watchmaker.
Throughout the collection were metallic shades of gold, rose gold and the use of metal work. Other standout pieces included a woven tweed tailleur in gold, pink and ivory, a golden “cage hat” and a pink crystal mesh dress.
“Never Let Go” follows a family that’s been haunted by an evil spirit for years. When one of the children in the family questions whether the spirit is real, the family’s safety is put in jeopardy. “Never Let Go” hits theaters Friday.
