Hallmark Franchise ‘Curious Caterers’ Returns For Fifth Installment With Stars Nikki Deloach & Andrew Walker

EXCLUSIVE: Principal photography is about to begin in Vancouver, Canada, on Timeless Pictures and Hallmark’s fifth installment of the Curious Caterer Mysteries series.

Curious Caterer: Drumstick Drama will be in production for three weeks starting July 28 with returning cast including Nikki Deloach (Love And Other Drugs) as Goldy Berry, Andrew Walker (Steel Toes) as Detective Tom Shultz, Lochlyn Munro (White Chicks) as Dr. Richard Korman, Jaycie Dotin (Ivy + Bean) as Marla Maguire and Riley Davis (Fire Country) as Detective Mason Kildea.

All five cast members have been a part of the Curious Caterer Mysteries series since the first installment in 2022. The TV movie will be distributed by Hallmark Mysteries and is slated for release in fall 2024.

In Drumstick Drama, Goldy Berry, caterer extraordinaire, has a dilemma to solve. A last-minute request caused her to double book herself catering a VIP album rerelease concert while also being booked on a first date with none other than detective Tom Schultz at the same concert. Goldy finds herself playing double duty and things get even more complicated from there when right as Goldy finally gets a moment to enjoy her time with Tom, the lead singer gets electrocuted mid-act. Suddenly, Goldy’s date has turned into a crime scene.

“We’re excited to be giving the Curious Caterer franchise fans another amazing movie to add to their watchlist,” said Ben C. Silverman, president of Timeless Pictures. “We hope we can bring the drama that our audience loves and a crime scene that will have our amateur sleuths out there stumped.”

This film is one of four movies in this year’s Timeless Pictures production slate. The company recently garnered the most nominations at the BC 2024 Leo Awards for the second year in a row.
