Who is Autumn Reeser’s ex-husband?
Reeser has indeed been married, she married writer and director Jesse Warren in California in May of 2009. But the couple, who have two sons together, went on to divorce in November of 2014. So, at this point, Reeser is not married and is not known to be dating anyone.
In 2018, the actress discussed her perspective on the split in an episode of the “Out of Line” podcast, saying: “I think I’m a lot less afraid in life at this point because I feel like I’ve already gone through something that was my worst nightmare and survived.” She also added, “I want to show up. I want to be present. I want to do whatever it is that I’m meant to do on this earth, and I don’t want to hold myself back.”

Her reps told People that the split from Warren was “completely amicable,” and “they remain committed to raising their two sons together.” Their sons, Finneus “Finn” James and Dashiell “Dash” Ford feature prominently on Reeser’s social media and appear to be Reeser’s main focus. The actress has spoken at length about the importance of teaching her kids how to be good people, and how she fails and succeeds at being a mom regularly, but how important it is to never give up.
“The important thing is the trying,” Reeser told Us Weekly. “There’s the trying, there’s the apologizing, there’s the starting anew,” she continued. “I want my children to see all the parts of this process, to let them see me mess up and let them see me take responsibility for my words or actions, and then let them see me return to joy and love with them again and again.”

“I believe that being a good parent is about being willing to see our children, as they truly are, and help them become the brightest, most expanded version of that energy that they can possibly embody,” the star of The Wedding Veil trilogy wrote via Instagram in November 2018. “It’s about learning to deal with our own emotions and stress level in a healthy way, so we can model those life skills for the little people around us. That’s hard work!!”
Reeser is one of Hallmark’s most popular leading ladies, having starred in over 15 movies for the network, including the very popular The Wedding Veil movies. The actress, whose breakthrough role came in the Fox series The O.C, also appeared on HBO’s Entourage, ABC’s The Arrangement, and in the films The Girl Next Door, So Undercover and Sully.
