Hallmark's “Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story” first look takes us back to December with Travis Kelce's mom in guest role
Donna Kelce, the mother of Taylor Swift's love, Travis Kelce, makes an appearance.
It's a love story...
Hallmark Channel announced Thursday that the movie Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story will premiere Nov. 30 at 8 p.m. ET, as part of its annual "Countdown to Christmas" weekend, when the network begins airing movies to keep viewers in the holiday spirit through the end of the year.

Lead roles will be played by Hunter King (The Young and the Restless) and Tyler Hynes (Letterkenny), both of whom have starred in holiday fare before. The premise for this one is that King's Alana Higman is part of a family of Kansas City Chiefs fans and wants to win the official "Fan of the Year" contest, while Hynes plays Derrick, the team's director of fan engagement. It's up to him to decide if her family or the other finalists win. Watch the teaser video above.
The movie is a partnership between Hallmark Channel and the Kansas City Chiefs, the team for which Taylor Swift's boyfriend, Travis Kelce, plays tight end. Kelce's mom, Donna Kelce, is among the many familiar faces who will make cameo appearances in the sweet film. The others include actors such as Diedrich Bader, Megyn Price, Richard Riehle, Christine Ebersole, and Richard Christie, as well asToday's Jenna Bush Hager. Chiefs' head coach Andy Reid and some of his players will also be part of the cast.
Hynes starred in the romantic comedy Falling for Football earlier this year that appeared to reference Swift's romance. Donna Kelce made a cameo there, too.
"As the pair spends time together, it's clear there’s a spark between them," the official synopsis reads, "but when her grandfather's (Ed Begley Jr.) vintage Chiefs, good luck winter hat goes missing, Alana begins to doubt everything she believed about fate, destiny and even questions her future with Derrick — unless, that is, a little Christmas magic can throw a Hail Mary."
As part of their work with the Chiefs, Hallmark plans activities at the Chiefs' stadium, including giveaways, branded merchandise, and a Hallmark Star Cam, which will label fans with nicknames such as "Queen of Christmas."
Swift has been coupled up with Kelce since September 2023, and the music star's appearances at his games, where she has been known to sit with his mother, has boosted viewership and sales of Kelce's jersey.

Speculation about their relationship has also driven intense media scrutiny. On Wednesday, for instance, Kelce's representatives shot down reports of a breakup contract between he and Swift. The "Comprehensive Media Plan For Travis Kelce's Relations Following Breakup with Taylor Swift" that surfaced online is "entirely false and fabricated" and "not created, issued, or authorized" by his agency," Full Scope, the company that handles his public relations, told PEOPLE.
Both Travis Kelce and his older brother, Jason Kelce, a former player for the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles, have been as ubiquitous as the "Cruel Summer" singer this year, with Travis even teasing his role in Ryan Murphy's upcoming saga, Grotesquerie. Last month, both Kelce brothers signed a podcast deal reportedly worth $100 million.
