It’s been a minute since we’ve hung out with the ladies of Harlem, hasn’t it?

Season 3 of the Prime Video comedy will premiere Thursday, Jan. 23, the streamer announced on Tuesday, nearly two years after Season 2 debuted. (Episodes will roll out weekly, TVLine has confirmed.) Prime Video also released a first look at the new season, which you can see above.

A number of TV veterans are joining the Season 3 cast in recurring roles as well: Kofi Siriboe (Queen Sugar) as Seth, a charming baseball player; Logan Browning (Dear White People) as Portia, an edgy woman from Ian’s past; Robin Givens (Batwoman) as Jacqueline; and Gail Bean (Snowfall) as Eva, a new co-worker of Tye’s and Jacqueline’s daughter.

Premiering in December 2021, Harlem centers on four Black women who are close friends living in the titular Manhattan neighborhood: Meagan Good as Camille, Grace Byers as Quinn, Shoniqua Shandai as Angie and Jerrie Johnson as Tye. Tracy Oliver (Girls Trip) serves as series creator and writer.

Season 3 “will follow the core four women on the precipice of change like never before,” per the official description. “Whether it be motherhood, singlehood, sisterhood, complicated career journeys, or even more complicated families, our stylish and ambitious best girlfriends strive to finally choose themselves above all else.”
