Here's what you missed at the 50 & Friends Concert during Humor & Harmony Weekend
Humor & Harmony returned for a wild night with rappers and R&B singers.
On Saturday evening, Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson took festival goers to another world with over 15 acts and two shows. Festival goer Lauren Adams said, "the atmosphere was very vibrant. The artists were very interactive."
Performers such as Fredo Bang, Keith Sweat, Monica, Dave Hollister, Lil' Mo, Monifah, Christopher Williams, Soul for Real, Skilla Baby, Jeremih, Flo Rida, DaBaby, A Boogie wit da Hoodie and 50 Cent took to the stage.
"Monica did an amazing job," said Adams. When Monica took to the stage every person in the Municipal Auditorium was on their feet and singing along to So Gone and U Should've Known Better.
The auditorium crowd was up dancing and singing when Flo Rida took to the stage to sing Low.
It was an exciting night for festival goers, and it was evident by the crowd. During intermissions people could be seen break dancing in the isles but when the performers took to the stage the audience had all eyes on them.
The first show started around 7:30 p.m. and ended at 10:30 p.m. As festival goers left, the Municipal Auditorium was turned over for the second show of the evening which started around midnight, according to one attendee the show ended at 2 a.m.
The second show featured Lyfe Jennings as its special guest.
50 Cent & Friends was a night to remember for all who attended. Adams said, "I think that it's amazing opportunity for our city to expand and I will be coming back next year."
