Hilary Duff is making the most out of summer with her newly-minted family of six!

On Friday, Aug. 2, the How I Met Your Father actress, 36, shared a Reel on her Instagram filled with photos from her summer, including some snaps of her baby daughter Townes, whom she welcomed in May, and son Luca, 12.

In July, Duff shut down rumors that the birth of her baby daughter Townes in May was unplanned. The mom of four appeared on the Informed Pregnancy Podcast, where host and prenatal chiropractor Dr. Elliot Berlin told her that when anyone announces they have four kids, "Everyone’s first question is ‘Was that an accident?' "

The actress laughed before answering, “No, we actually planned this baby." She added, "I think I’m one of the most impulsive-thought-out people I know. Like, I do hash things out, but I haven’t really shared with anybody yet, so by the time I’m ready to get pregnant, I’m like basically pregnant."

The mom of four then emphasized that having another baby was just as much her decision as Koma's.

"My husband loves to make it seem like I’m so crazy, I’m so nuts, I’m like, ‘Let’s make our life this mayhem, chaotic place.’ But he’s just as down as me. He’s just as crazy," she said.

In June, Duff posted a few photos on her Instagram Stories, admitting that it's been hard to find time with all of her kids after welcoming her baby daughter Townes.

In one photo, Duff showed herself breastfeeding Townes. "Never want to forget this and also the amount of time it takes is so complicated with so many other kids," Duff wrote over the photo.

Another black-and-white photo showed Duff and Townes snuggling in bed together. "I was very tired here. Because this s--- is hard," she wrote.
