Holland Taylor and Sarah Paulson Go for Timeless Elegance at the 2024 Emmys

Holland Taylor and Sarah Paulson made a rare joint appearance at the 2024 Emmys.
Tonight, the couple arrived at Los Angeles’s Peacock Theater to attend the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony, where Taylor has been nominated in the category of Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her performance as Cybil Richards on Apple TV+’s The Morning Show.
The two wore contrasting looks, with Taylor suiting up in an ivory two-piece with sparkling brooches adorning the sharp lapels. She coordinated her suit with a silky blouse, a box clutch, and satin pumps.
Paulson wowed in a royal blue gown featuring a boat neckline, a black skirt tier, and a black train punctuated by a white bow. She finished off her look with white accents, including drop earrings, a geometric clutch, and white pumps.
Paulson and Taylor went public with their romance in 2015. For Harper's Bazaar's October 2020 cover story, Paulson opened up about navigating a romantic relationship while living under scrutiny as a public figure.
“To feel that I belong to anyone other than a person I would like to belong to, like Holland or my dog or my best friend or my sister … a bunch of strangers claiming me as their own feels a little confusing,” the American Horror Story star said. “Since I’m not an expert at figuring out how to move around it, I end up giving more than I want to sometimes.”
Asked how she feels over fans’ fascination over their 32-year age gap, Paulson mused that it may have something to do with “our own ageist thinking and the idea that to be old is to cease to have any desire.” She added a cutting warning: “Anybody says anything about any person I love in a way that is disrespectful or cruel and I want to cut a bitch.”
