Zachery Ty Bryan, the actor who rose to prominence as Brad Taylor on the beloved sitcom Home Improvement, has been arrested once again for driving under the influence. It marks Bryan's second DUI arrest this year and fifth overall, adding to a growing mound of legal troubles for the 43-year-old star.

According to police records obtained by Deadline, Bryan was arrested Oct. 25 in Oklahoma for allegedly driving under the influence and failing to produce a valid driver's license. It follows a DUI arrest in California back in February where he also earned an alleged contempt of court charge and an additional charge for driving under the influence with three or more DUI convictions in the past 10 years.

Dashcam footage of the arrest shared by Fox News shows how Bryan reacted to being pulled over in the most recent incident. "I’m just a good dude, man. I don’t know why everybody… I’m sorry I like to drink," Bryan told the state trooper. The officer, in response, simply stated he was doing what he had to do.

"You have zero judgment from me," the trooper said. "Here's the deal: I got you for driving under the influence. It's a safety deal. If we were just to leave you there and we're not going to know if you're going to stay there or drive away," the cop told Bryan. "Like you've said yourself, you're not safe to drive, but we deal with public safety."

It's the latest in a long line of legal issues for Bryan. In 2021, he pleaded guilty to two felony counts of domestic violence in Oregon, resulting in a three-year probation. He received another domestic violence charge last year. On top of that, according to The Hollywood Reporter, he was accused of running a fraudulent agriculture technology startup where he received money in exchange for fake contracts.

Bryan could face up to three years in prison if convicted.
