The hunt is on, and we have egg-cellent brunches to choose from this year for pancakes, waffles, mimosas and more for Easter Sunday, March 31.
The weather has begun to warm up, the flowers are budding and the sun is out, what better way to celebrate the festive day than dining in an aesthetically pleasing restaurant with your Sunday best attire on.
To celebrate and help you embrace the warm weather, we have created a list of places to brunch with friends and family that you can consider for the holiday and beyond. Reservations, if applicable, are recommended.
The Bada Bean

The Bada Bean, known for its homestyle cooking offers its "Egg-cellent breakfasts" with items including "Cassidy's Country Fried Steak," biscuits and gravy, along with its signature pancake of the month. Brunch starts at 7 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m.
Blu Halo

Blu Halo, a cocktail bar and restaurant that makes you want to "come for the food, but stay for the vibe," is offering an Easter buffet that features carving, seafood, omelet, dessert and kids waffle stations and more. It is $40 for adults and $14 for children ages six to 13. Brunch starts 10 a.m. and ends at 2 p.m.
Canopy Road Cafe

Canopy Road Cafe, which specializes in traditional breakfast and lunch fare, is offering its prized brunch service for Easter Sunday. Its menu includes its "Steak N' Egg Wrap" made with shaved steak mixed with scrambled eggs, grilled onions and mushrooms all stuffed in a warm tortilla with melted cheddar, provolone cheese and chipotle aioli. Brunch starts at 6:30 a.m. and ends at 2:15 p.m.
Casa Tapas & Cantina

Casa Tapas and Cantina, a tapas bar and restaurant, is offering a special brunch buffet which curates its menu with seasonal ingredients to create Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, along with specialty drinks. Menu starts at $35 for adults and $25 for kids. Brunch starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 2 p.m.
Charlie Park

For Easter weekend Charlie Park, a rooftop restaurant, will host an Easter themed High Tea event with a fun assortment of refreshments, cocktails and mocktails on Saturday, March 30. Tickets are on sale for $35. Regular brunch services will continue Easter Sunday. Brunch service starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m.
The Edison

The Edison, located in the heart of Cascades Park, will be open for its regular brunch services. Its menu features breakfast staples like omelets, scrambles, waffles and more. Brunch starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 2 p.m.
The Egg Cafe & Eatery

The Egg Cafe & Eatery, a breakfast and brunch restaurant, will offer its standard brunch services which includes its specialty cinnamon roll French toast, eggs Benedict and crab cake Benedict. Brunch starts at 7 a.m. and ends at 2 p.m.

The hotel will be hosting its annual Easter Brunch Buffet at its adjacent venue, Bricks & Brass. Its menu includes berry French toast casserole, a ham carving station, strawberry shortcake cups and more. There will be two seatings, at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tickets are $65 for adults and $30 for kids. Brunch services start at 11 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m.
