Ice Spice Is Proud Of Her Debut Album ‘Y2K!’ Selling 28K It’s First Week
Although her stardom is big, Ice Spice is still showing her humble side.
After learning that her debut album Y2K! entered the Billboard 200 chart at No. 18 this week after it moved 28,000 units, she took time out to thank her fans and reflect on her growth as an artist.
“Like..? did 15k so thank u to everyone who supported me then & thank u to all the new supporters,” the Bronx rapper wrote on X. “Y2K! WORLD TOUR been so fun that these numbers are cool and all but b*tch u should of seen that Boston CROWD last night. NYC TOMORROW.”

Spice dropped Y2K! last month with musical assistance from Central Cee, Travis Scott, and Gunna. The LP also includes several popular “sexy drill” singles like “Think U the Sh*t (Fart),” “Gimmie a Light,” “Phat Butt” and others.
Ice’s debut EP Like…? sold 13,000 less than her debut album and included her breakout hit “Munch (Feelin U)” and other faves like “In Ha Mood,” “Deli,” “Princess Diana,” and “Gangsta Boo.”
More recently, Ice has been embarking on her first tour in support of Y2K!. Taking along rising New York rappers Cash Cobain and Cleotrapa, she’s already seen great turn outs in major cities including London, Philadelphia, and Boston.
She’s set to hit her hometown of New York City tonight (Aug. 6) before hitting more stops and concluding in Miami Beach on Aug. 31.
