Idris Elba teased his return to “Luther” on Twitter on Wednesday with a short video from his first day back on set.

“It’s good to be back in London, back in the coat,” he wrote, accompanied by a video of himself in costume.

A fifth season of the British crime drama was announced last June, with Elba and series creator Neil Cross both slated to return.

In the four-part season, Elba’s John Luther will investigate a series of killings with new recruit D.S. Catherine Halliday. The official synopsis promises that the character will “face the ghosts of his own past “he must choose who to protect… and who to sacrifice” as he returns to the line of fire.

No premiere date has been set for the new season, but Dermot Crowley, Michael Smiley and Patrick Malahide have all been confirmed to return. Wunmi Mosaku joins the cast as new recruit D.S. Catherine Halliday, stepping in for “The Good Fight” star Rose Leslie, who portrayed Luther’s previous partner D.S. Emma Lane.
