KANSAS CITY, Mo. (WJW) — Oh, to be wrapped up in the cozy, cheesy, lovely goodness of a Hallmark Christmas movie. That’s what fans of the holiday films get to immerse themselves in with the upcoming Hallmark Christmas Experience coming at the end of the year.

New reality series on royal family living in Ohio starts today

The event, which features a town square setup not unlike something from a full-of-love Hallmark movie, is kicking off in Kansas City (where the company is headquartered) Nov. 20 through Dec. 23.

“We are so excited to bring this uniquely Hallmark experience to life, and can’t wait to watch people find joy and make memories together,” Lindsey Roy, a Hallmark SVP, said in a statement.

Expect tree lighting events, and ice skating and a card-writing station, among many other activities.

The event is free (although some things do cost money) and open to the public, and tickets are only required for those looking for a more VIP experience (like meeting Hallmark stars who will be on hand). Tickets go on sale Thursday at 10 a.m.
