IMPACT 1000 Now A Two-Night Event, Airing On 9/14 And 9/21

IMPACT 1000 is now a two-night event.

On September 9, IMPACT Wrestling celebrated 1,000 episodes of its weekly show with a special show in White Plains, New York. The special episode was originally set to air on September 14.

In an update, IMPACT announced that the event will now air on both September 14 and September 21. Additionally, the September 14 episode will run longer than its typical two-hour time slot.

IMPACT confirmed that the September 14 episode will feature an X-Division Championship match where Lio Rush will defend the gold against Chris Sabin. Plus, Eddie and Alisha Edwards will clash with Frankie Kazarian and Traci Brooks. Additionally, fans will hear from Josh Alexander. In a tweet, IMPACT announced that Team 3D’s reunion will air on September 14 as well.

IMPACT Announces More Information About 1000

IMPACT also announced the participants in the Feast or Fired match at IMPACT 1000. Among others, Heath, Steve Maclin, Moose, PCO, KUSHIDA, Bhupinder Gujjar, Jai Vidal, Joe Hendry and Yuya Uemura competed in the bout.

Furthermore, IMPACT confirmed that the Ultimate X match at IMPACT 1000 included Zachary Wentz, Rich Swann, “Speedball” Mike Bailey, Alan Angels, Samuray del Sol and Ace Austin.
