Indiana State Fair free stage acts include 'Fearless' Taylor Swift tribute, gospel icon

The second wave of performers slated to give 2024 Indiana State Fair concerts include a Taylor Swift tribute band, a ska-alt rock group and gospel singers.

The State Fair has announced the second in multiple waves of performers expected to take the Hoosier Lottery Free Stage this August. Previously announced acts include Dogstar, featuring bassist Keanu Reeves; soul icon Gladys Knight and '70s rockers Three Dog Night.

All shows on the free stage are free with paid fair admission. Seating is first-come, first-served. Discounted fair tickets are available online now at indianastatefair.com.

2024 State Fair concerts

Here are the new additions to the Indiana State Fair's free stage lineup as of June 12:

• Aug. 10: Fearless: The Taylor Swift Tribute

• Aug. 11: Newsboys and Blessing Offor

• Aug. 14: Happy Together Tour featuring The Turtles, Jay & The Americans, The Association, Badfinger ft. Joey Molland, The Vogues and the Cowsills

• Aug. 15: Sublime with Rome

• Aug. 18: Gospel Music Festival featuring Yolanda Adams

Who is performing at the 2024 Indiana State Fair?

Newsboys is a Christian rock band formed in Australia in the mid-1980s. Their most recent album is 2024's "Worldwide Revival."

Born in Nigeria and raised in Connecticut, Blessing Offor's style blends soul, R&B, pop and traditional African music.

The Happy Together Tour includes six artists whose biggest hits landed in the '60s and '70s, including The Turtles, best known for their iconic song, "Happy Together."

Sublime with Rome is a collaboration between former members of the band Sublime and guitarist Rome Ramirez. Together, they form a ska alternative rock band.

Yolanda Adams is a gospel singer with her own syndicated gospel show. She was inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame in 2017 and the Black Music & Entertainment Walk of Fame in 2022.

A handful of other acts have already been announced.

The Indiana State Fair runs Aug. 2-18. It's closed Mondays.
