Go inside 50 Cent's Big Bowl Comedy Show during night 1 of the Humor & Harmony Festival
Shreveport turned out for 50 Cent's Big Bowl Comedy Show during day one of the Humor & Harmony show and so did some surprise guests.
Attendees braved the heat to wait in a line that wrapped around the Shreveport Municipal Auditorium and down the street waiting to get into. Shreveport Mayor Tom Arceneaux and wife Elizabeth as well Shreveport City Councilwoman Tabitha Taylor were spotting in the audience.
Once it began special guest Dave Chappelle made a surprise appearance that left the audience buzzing. An attendee in the balcony could be heard squealing.
During Chappelle's opening monologue he spoke about coming together and even spoke on the possible low voter turnout for the 2024 Presidential Race saying he does not care what people believe but we need to demonstrate that we are not enemies.
Following Chappelle over a dozen comedians including Bill Bellamy, Gary Owen, Kat Williams and Matt Rife had the audience laughing.
During the comedy show there was an intermission that featured special guest such as Master P and Muni Long.
