EXCLUSIVE: More moves in the UK agenting space this morning with two senior staffers joining Susanna Reid and Amber Gill’s rep InterTalent, including one from YMU.

Olivia Bertolotti is the latest to exit YMU and has joined the London outfit as Head of Corporates & Events, while Olivia Russo has left Joe Sugg and Caspar Lee’s MVE to become an Agent at InterTalent.

More from Deadline

Bertolotti will oversee InterTalent’s corporates and events division. She had been with YMU for seven years, working in the events division with stars including Graham Norton, Nicole Scherzinger and Claudia Winkleman. She is the fifth ex-YMU staffer we have revealed has left in the past week, along with literary boss Amanda Harris and agenting trio Rebecca Dowell, Lizzie Barroll Brown and Minnie Harding.

Harding joined Russo’s former employer MVE as UK talent boss recently and Russo will now take the Head of Digital role at InterTalent, where she will oversee talent in the growing space. At MVE, which recently rebranded from Margravine, she worked with the likes of Maddie Grace Jepson, Sophia & Cinzia, Kyron Hamilton and Max Baledge.

Meanwhile, InterTalent has upped Olivia Basso to Agent. Basso has worked with the likes of viral TikTok duo Brooke and Jess, TV personality and podcast host Melissa Tattam, and Australian fashion creator Cartia Mallan.

InterTalent MD Alex Segal said Bertolotti’s “track record speaks for itself after many years in the corporates and event appearance arena.”

He called Russo “perfect to lead the next chapter in our digital-first offering,” while praising Basso for “grabbing all opportunities with both hands” as a “great spotter of talent” since joining last year.
