'Jackass' Star Vincent 'Don Vito' Margera, Bam Margera's Uncle, Dead at 59
Jackass star Vincent “Don Vito” Margera, perhaps best known as Bam Margera’s prank-loving uncle on the hit MTV series, died in the early hours of Sunday, Nov. 15, Bam’s mother told TMZ. He was 59.
According to the site, the reality star had been struggling with kidney and liver failure for several years, and slipped into a coma last month. His condition had been steadily worsening ever since.
Vincent made frequent appearances on his nephew’s MTV show, Viva La Bam, which ran from 2003 to 2006, in addition to cameos in the Jackass movies and on the original TV series itself.
This is the second death among the Jackass clan in recent years.

In June, Bam, Steve-O, and Johnny Knoxville paid tribute to their late friend Ryan Dunn, who died in a tragic car accident in June 2011, on what would have been his 38th birthday.
The daredevil and reality star was driving at least 130 miles an hour and had twice the legal blood alcohol level when he drove his Porsche 911 GT3 off the road and crashed in West Goshen Township, Pa.
“My mom and Ryan Dunn were both born on June 11,” Steve-O wrote on his Facebook page, alongside a split of his late mother and his pal. “Happy Birthday, I love and miss you both.”
