Jacquees And Deiondra Sanders Host Gender Reveal Party Filled With Family And Friends
Jacquees and Deiondra Sanders celebrated the anticipation of their bundle of joy with a gender reveal over the weekend.
The couple, joined by family and friends, hosted the event where guests dressed in either blue or pink to represent what they thought the sex of the baby would be.
On Saturday (May 18), the pair took to Instagram to share photos and clips of the celebratory event, where it was unveiled that they’re having a baby boy. The gender announcement was made by a makeshift detonator labeled “TNT” that ticked off exploding boxes of blue smoke throughout the event.
Deiondra, daughter to Deion Sanders, uploaded behind-the-scenes footage to her YouTube channel and revealed that the Cash Money artist is in charge of picking out a baby name.
“It’s only one name that he did mention that I actually really like, and it’s unisex,” she said in her vlog. “I said I was going to wait until I know the gender to start picking names. But the one that he did mention—I actually really like that.”

Apparently, her father and brothers didn’t make it to the party, but Coach Prime shared his congratulations with the couple on X.
“Congratulation on the Little Engine [fire emojis]” he wrote.
Others took to the couple’s Instagram accounts with their well wishes and congrats. “Ayeee my brudddda congrats,” DC Young Fly as Cash Money Records commented blue hearts. “
Last month, the retired NFL star shared his feelings about becoming a grandfather while speaking with PEOPLE.
“I haven’t digested that whole thing yet,” he said while adding that “not one thing” excites him about being someone’s grandpa. “I’m proud of my baby that she’s at least waited until her thirties to give me this gift of life. I’m happy about that, but I want to make sure she’s straight emotionally and psychologically as well.”
Deiondra announced her pregnancy in March sharing that it wasn’t “planned nor expected,” and that she isn’t having her baby “to keep a man,” but for all the times she was told she “wouldn’t be able to.”
“I’m having my baby for the 4 myomectomy surgeries I have had. I am having my baby for all the years I stayed on birth control even though it gave me breast tumors,” she wrote in a lengthy post. “I’m having my baby for all the Doctors that told me I wouldn’t make it out the first trimester. I’m having a baby for the 7 current fibroids that surrounds my uterus to this day. I’m having a baby for all the high risk moms that was scared everyday thinking they would miscarry.”
