Audience member gets amazing opportunity after singing on 'The Late Late Show'
On The Late Late Show With James Corden, one lucky audience member got the coolest experience imaginable when James Corden pulled him on stage to take part in his Emoji News segment.
Linden, a 23-year-old from San Jose, Calif., was the first person chosen from the audience to play the game. First, however, Corden wanted to know something about him. When Linden said he was a singer, Corden insisted that he “prove it.” Linden was clearly not expecting to be put on the spot, but he decided on a song and totally killed it — and Corden was absolutely loving it.
The host thought Linden was so great, in fact, that he wanted him to jam out with Reggie and the band for the rest of the show. Corden asked Reggie and the show’s producers if that was OK, and after they gave the green light, that’s exactly what Linden did.
The Late Late Show With James Corden airs weeknights at 12:37 a.m. on CBS.
