James Corden Makes J.Lo Uncomfortable With Questions About A-Rod

Things got a little awkward on The Late Late Show when James Corden asked Jennifer Lopez about her love life. Lopez played coy, and Corden played along, even though it’s no secret that she and retired Major League Baseball star Alex Rodriguez are together. It’s so far from a secret, in fact, that the couple recently attended the Met Gala together, pictures of which Lopez posted on her Instagram.

Once Corden got Lopez to admit what we all already know, he came with the hard-hitting questions, like who asked who out. Turns out it was Lopez who got the ball rolling.

“I just tapped him on the shoulder and said, ‘Hi,’” Lopez said.

Corden also got the low-down on whether or not Lopez calls Rodriguez by his nickname, A-Rod. Interestingly enough, she just calls him Alex.

After Corden got all the information he could about J-Rod … Lo-Rod … A-Pez … whatever you want to call them, he once again made things awkward.
