James Corden Is a Real Diva Behind the Scenes of ‘Late Late Show’

On The Late Late Show With James Corden, James took fans on a behind-the-curtain look at his show. It started with James ending one of his shows and meeting with his staff backstage. James quickly demanded his towel and rose water mist for his face. He reprimanded the girl spraying him, yelling, “Five pumps, it’s five pumps!”

While backstage, James found out that one of his guests from that night, Chris Hardwick, was upset with him. Apparently, while promoting Chris’s game show, The Wall, James introduced a clip, saying, “This is Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.” James begrudgingly apologized to Chris, but things did not get better.

First, James brought a bottle of wine, but Chris’s publicist told James that Chris had been sober for years. Then James, in full diva mode, yelled at the publicist about Chris. Of course, Chris walked in and witnessed the tirade. His response to James was simply, “You’re pathetic.”

The Late Late Show With James Corden airs weeknights at 12:37 a.m. on CBS.
