Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz are giving another peek at their movie Back in Action.

On Aug. 28, Netflix shared a new image of Foxx, 56, and Diaz, 51, smiling together on the film's set on Instagram, where it also announced the movie will premiere on the streaming service Jan. 17.

"Behind-the-scenes of us getting back to the action (and laughs)," a caption to the photo reads. "@iamjamiefoxx and @CameronDiaz star in BACK IN ACTION premiering January 17."

Back in Action marks a major upcoming release for both Foxx and Diaz; the Django Unchained actor suffered his April 2023 medical complication while he was filming for the movie in Atlanta, which temporarily halted production. Diaz, meanwhile, returns to acting in films for the first time since 2014's Annie — which also costarred Foxx — with the new movie.

Foxx and Diaz were seen filming additional scenes for the movie as recently as January 2024 after he recovered from the medical emergency, and Netflix first released footage from the movie on Feb. 1 as part of a larger video promoting its upcoming releases for 2024. The movie was at one point scheduled to release on Nov. 15.

"Jamie is, like, the cheerleader for the entire crew. Everybody loves him," Diaz said of working with Foxx during a December 2023 appearance on Molly SimsLipstick on the Rim podcast. "We have so much fun on the set with him, and he's just a professional on every level."

The upcoming action-comedy marks one of three upcoming projects for Diaz as she settles back into an acting career after she and her husband Benji Madden welcomed their second child together in March.

IMDb notes she also has roles in the upcoming film Outcome and that she will reprise her voice role as Princess Fiona in 2026's Shrek 5. Foxx, meanwhile, has a number of projects in development and has teased that he will soon begin performing stand-up comedy again.

Back in Action is on Netflix Jan. 17.
