Jason Kelce Channels Iconic TV Dad While Partying With Football Fans
Ever since Jason Kelce retired from the NFL, the former Philadelphia Eagles center has been having a yabba dabba doo time getting to know fans before football games.
On Oct. 14, the 36-year-old got into the Halloween spirit and got into costume ahead of the Buffalo Bills and New York Jets game at MetLife Stadium in Rutherford, N.J.

Fans were delighted to spot Kelce dressed as none other than iconic television dad Fred Flintstone, complete with orange animal print tunic, blue necktie, and grand poobah sash. And as any Flintstones fan worth their salt knows, you can’t attend a meeting of the Loyal Order of Water Buffaloes without wearing a horned blue fur hat. The items were gifted to Kelce as part of his official induction into the Buffalo Bills mafia, or what the New York-based team's fans call themselves.
Though Kelce was wearing a hat with a Buffalo Bills logo, a New York Jets jersey could be spotted under his tunic—and in keeping with the dad-themed apparel, Kelce was rocking light wash jeans and white New Balance sneakers.
On Sunday, Kelce attended an eventful tailgate before the Eagles’ Sunday home game against the Cleveland Browns at Lincoln Financial Field. In addition to climbing on top of a recreational vehicle to chug a beer, the football star witnessed a romantic moment between two fans.
A man and a woman, both wearing Eagles gear, approached Kelce for a photo, but the man surprised the crowd when he dropped to one knee and held up a ring.
Kelce took a few steps back as the woman put both hands over her face in surprise, and as onlookers erupted in cheers after she agreed to marry her partner, Kelce exchanged celebratory high-fives with the fans around him.
