Jeannie Mai is pursuing legal actions against her ex-husband, Jeezy, for a clause in their divorce settlement that he's allegedly flouting.

The talk show host claims her rapper ex-husband owes her a lot of money for rent, their daughter's tuition, and paperwork for two cars, as agreed in their June 11 divorce settlement.

Jeannie Mai and Jeezy's came to an end after the rapper filed for divorce in September last year.

According to TMZ, Mai claims that Jeezy is flouting the terms of their divorce settlement. He has allegedly refused to pay her what he owes her, as they initially agreed when they finalized their divorce in June.

Mai said their divorce settlement calls for Jeezy to pay her for daycare costs and tuition for their child, deposit half a million dollars in an interest-bearing account, hand over the titles for two cars to her, and cover the cost of 4 months of her rent.

The former "The Real" co-host claimed in a new legal filing that her estranged husband has been evading the injunction and leaving her out to dry.

She said that Jeezy already owes her $4,000 for tuition and daycare and hasn't given her access to the $500,000 account he was supposed to open for their child.

The two vehicles involved in the matter are a 2021 Range Rover and a 2022 Ford Bronco, but she claimed that the "All There" crooner hadn't transferred the titles to her, so she hasn't been able to insure them.

According to the news outlet, Mai also noted that Jeezy was supposed to cover her rent from May through August but that he hasn't reimbursed her for it and owes her $92,417.39 for four months worth of rent.

The former couple were locked in a custody battle for months after she alleged that the rapper was keeping their child from her. They settled their divorce in June, but it was kept under seal, meaning details of the settlement are only now coming to light.

She claims her lawyers have tried to reach out to him through his team, but they stopped responding in July. Hence, she's seeking for the court to hold him in contempt and wants him to pay her what he owes her plus interest.

In a December episode of "The Jennifer Hudson Show," Mai opened up about her divorce issue with the "City Cinderella" crooner, noting that it was seemingly difficult for her initially.

"Even though this year, I met the most broken version of me. I also met the strongest version of me," Mai told host Jennifer Hudson at the time.

"It was kind of hard, so yeah, it's what I'm dealing with day by day, you know?" she continued, adding, "I think I'm doing better now."

She went further to disclose that she found out about Jeezy's filing for divorce "at the same as the rest of the world."

"When I found out … that my marriage was ending in divorce, I was gutted," she shared."So today, it's about picking up the pieces. It's about discovering me and being a mom to the best blessing in my life, my little girl."

Jeezy, who married Mai in March 2021 and welcomed their daughter Monaco in 2022, opened up about his decision to file for divorce in an interview with actress Nia Long.

"As I sit here at 46 … I can't honestly tell you that I've experienced love, especially not unconditional," he told Long at the time, per People.

Jeezy also admitted that his divorce from Mai "has not been an easy journey. I can tell you that I'm sad. I can tell you that I'm disappointed. I can tell you that I'm uneasy."

He also told Long that he and Mai tried therapy before announcing their split, but it didn't yield any fruit.

"The decision to end this chapter in my life was not made impulsively and comes with a heavy heart," he said. "Despite this, my love and respect for Jeannie remains and the time we spent together holds a cherished place in my heart."

Mai and Jeezy's split turned very messy when the TV personality accused the rapper of physically assaulting her.

According to People, the former "The Real" host said in court documents: "He hurled insults such as 'You w---!' and 'I can't wait to divorce you when we get back."

Mai also alleged that she was held "against her will" and that the rapper struck her with "a closed fist across her cheekbone and eye, causing a subconjunctival hemorrhage."

Jeezy, however, called out Mai's domestic violence allegations on Instagram, branding them "deeply disturbing" and "false."

He wrote in part, "The allegations are not only false, but also deeply disturbing, especially coming from someone I loved. This malicious attempt to tarnish my character and disrupt my family is ridiculous."

The rapper continued, "It's disheartening to witness the manipulation and deceit at play and at this time my main concern is being an active father to our daughter as I continue to fight for court mandated joint custody. Rest assured, the truth will prevail through the proper legal channels."
