Jelly Roll's Wife Bunnie Xo Blasts Critics Commenting on Her IVF Journey
Bunnie Xo is clearing a few things up for the haters.
Jelly Roll's wife clapped back at the critics online who have been commenting on her IVF journey and claiming that she is an unfit candidate for the medical procedure in light of her recent health scare.
It was just last month when Bunnie, whose real name is Alyssa DeFord, revealed that she was nearly diagnosed with an internal carotid artery aneurysm—news she described as some "pretty scary stuff."
But even after updating fans to let them know it actually didn't end up being an aneurysm, some users online are still making claims about Bunnie's health, especially in terms of her fertility situation.
In response to a person on TikTok who claimed that Bunnie is "in no shape to be a candidate for IVF," the wife of the "Need a Favor" crooner decided to set the record straight.
"So if you guys found my last video, you know I had an aneurysm scare. Although the first doctor cleared me and said everything was normal, I'm a hypochondriac and I wanted a second opinion," she explained in a TikTok video posted earlier this week.
The second doctor agreed that it didn't look like anything, but they still wanted to see more scans to officially rule it out.
Bunnie continued, "I got on the call with the vascular surgeon today and he had pulled up a 3D image of both my carotid arteries... what it turned out to be was a blood vessel."
"He cleared me," she then confirmed, sharing that the only reason the doctor didn't clear her indefinitely is because of family history, after her mom had an aneurysm that burst.
But according to Bunnie's doctor, she should be good to go.

"He said, 'If you wanna play tackle football you can, if you wanna bungee jump, you can.' He's like, 'Pretty much, I release you back to whatever it is that sets your soul on fire.' So that was great news."
"So to respond to this garbage comment right here, actually, yes, I am a perfect candidate [for IVF]," she said at the end of the clip, while stating, "I can't wait to have the most beautiful babies with the most beautiful man that ever lived."
Bunnie, 44, and Jelly Roll, 39, have already vocalized their intentions of expanding their family, and last month, Bunnie confirmed on her Dumb Blonde podcast that they planned to undergo in vitro fertilization with a surrogate.
Bunnie's future baby with the country crooner will be her first child, while the "Save Me" singer is already a dad to 16-year-old Bailee Ann and 7-year-old Noah Buddy.
