"Miller's Girl"
Critics and audiences alike turned against "Miller's Girl," which stars Ortega as a young, talented writer who tries to flirt with her English professor (Martin Freeman) and threatens to report him when he rejects her.
Critics agreed that the film was boring. And viewers didn't like the 30-year age gap between Ortega and Freeman, especially as they appear in a sex scene together.
Both Ortega and Freeman have defended "Miller's Girl," saying the film did not suggest that age-gap relationships are good.

"Finestkind"

"Wednesday"
Ortega plays Wednesday Addams, the morbid daughter of the kooky Addams family. After Wednesday attacks a group of kids at her school to avenge her brother, she is sent to Nevermore Academy, a school of outcasts.

Ortega was the standout actor in season one, according to critics.
