Jennifer Garner Insiders Subtly End the Rumor That She’s Getting Back Together With Ben Affleck
Jennifer Garner’s friends aren’t going to let a rumor about her friendship with Ben Affleck spin out of control. Instead, they are subtly stopping the gossip right in its tracks before it even has time to take off. The 52-year-old actress’ pals are telling the world that she has no interest in getting back with her ex.
On Sunday, Sept. 15, a source gushed to People about Garner’s “fun” relationship with her boyfriend, John Miller. “She loves [Miller],” the insider shared. “They are serious. He’s also a co-parent and understands her priority. The “easy-going” romance reportedly makes the Yes Day star “very happy.” That personal report is a stark contrast to In Touch Weekly‘s same-day story that Jennifer Lopez was uncomfortable with Garner’s bond to her husband.

“Seeing the photos of them looking more like a couple than a pair of exes was the final straw for J. Lo, it was the push she needed to finally file for divorce,” the media outlet’s source claimed. “It was horrible for J. Lo because she’s now left wondering if she was some sort of pawn that he used to try and win Jen back.” Garner isn’t in a love triangle with Affleck and Lopez — their divorce is between two people only, and it’s complicated.
According to Page Six, J.Lo’s reunion with Affleck at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Saturday, Sept. 14 was quite cozy. “Ben and JLo are currently at the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel holding hands and kissing. The kids are with them, but at a separate table,” the eyewitness noted. A Lopez insider made it very clear to People that the divorce is happening no matter what a Page Six source is saying. “[Jennifer’s] trying to be friendly with Ben. They are still moving forward with the divorce though. They are working out financial details amicably,” the Lopez pal said.
So, it looks like Garner and Miller are going strong and that he’s not jealous of his girlfriend spending time with Affleck because it’s about their three children. Affleck and Lopez are trying to be friendly — and may or may not have engaged in PDA — but they are still on a path toward divorce. That’s where this Hollywood love triangle (or square?) begins and ends. There’s no Garner-Affleck reunion on the horizon.
