Jennifer Lawrence flashes her new engagement ring at Dior fashion show
Jennifer Lawrence wore a gorgeous Dior dress to the Christian Dior show during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday, but it was her new engagement ring that won all the attention. After all, it was the star’s first public appearance since she confirmed news of her engagement to art dealer Cooke Maroney.
The Oscar-winning actress, an ambassador for the luxury brand, sat in the front row for the event, alongside model and actress Cara Delevingne and model Karlie Kloss, and posed for photos with her new piece of jewelry. The ring features a gold band with a considerably large emerald-cut diamond on top.
Her ring was photographed for the first time last week by paparazzi as she dined with friends at New York City restaurant ABC Cocina.
Lawrence and Maroney’s romance was first reported in June 2018. They were reportedly set up by a friend.
So far, Lawrence has been especially private about this relationship, just as she was about previous romances with director Darren Aronofsky, Coldplay singer Chris Martin and The Favourite actor Nicholas Hoult. Unsurprisingly, the two did not attend the Oscars on Sunday, though Lawrence has often been the center of attention at the annual event — for winning an Oscar in 2013, and also for tumbling up the steps and climbing over a chair with wine to reach Meryl Streep.
