Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Reportedly Selling $60 Million Home Amid Divorce Speculation

New reports this week are further fueling rumors about the status of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s marriage.
The couple, who married in 2022 after reuniting one year earlier, have been the target of swirling rumors over the last couple of months as fans began to notice they were spending less time together in public. So far, neither the "Jenny from the Block" singer nor the Gone Girl actor have directly addressed the rumors about difficulties within their marriage.
Earlier this week, the Daily Mail surfaced photos on Zillow reportedly showing the Beverly Hills mansion that Lopez, 54, and Affleck, 51, purchased together last year. The real estate website’s listing for the $60 million property showed photos of the home that had been removed following its sale in May 2023, the British tabloid reported. The photos were reportedly added to the listing on June 1 and 5.

On Saturday, June 8, TMZ reported that Lopez and Affleck had enlisted a realtor to assist with selling the property, for which the two hoped to get “around $65 million,” an unnamed source told the publication. The realtor has reportedly already spent two weeks showing the home.
The current “Bennifer” romance launched nearly two decades after they dated in 2002 while filming Gigli, a 2003 movie in which they co-starred. Though Affleck and Lopez planned to marry, they broke off their engagement in mid-2003 before parting ways in early 2004.
In the years between their breakup and 2021 reunion, Lopez and Affleck started their own families—Lopez with her now ex-husband, Marc Anthony, and Affleck with his now ex-wife, Jennifer Garner. Lopez has two children from her marriage with Anthony and Affleck has three from his marriage with Garner.
Lopez and Affleck have supported each other at movie premieres and festivals over the last few years. However, their sudden disappearance from the public eye this spring concerned many fans. When Lopez was asked directly about divorce rumors during a May press conference for her new Netflix movie, Atlas, she declined to answer, telling the reporter, “You know better than that.”
