Jerry Seinfeld attended the Los Angeles premiere of his upcoming Netflix comedy Unfrosted on Tuesday evening, just around the corner from the premiere of Ryan Gosling's The Fall Guy. And among the star-studded attendees was none other than his Seinfeld co-star Michael Richards, in a rare public appearance and mini reunion to support his old friend.

Richards, 74, appeared chic on the red carpet wearing a natty gray suit paired with a paisley button-down shirt and clear-rimmed glasses. His former colleague was likewise dressed to the nines in a dark grey suit, black dress shirt, and navy blue tie.

According to Page Six, the last time Seinfeld and Richards appeared in public together was back in 2015, alongside fellow Seinfeld alum Jason Alexander at the Los Angeles Fatherhood Initiative Lunch benefitting Baby Buggy, Jessica Seinfeld's nonprofit (since named the Good+Foundation) that donates essential children's items to families in need.

Richards has kept a low profile since 2006, when he made headlines over a racist tirade directed at an audience member who heckled him during a stand-up set at the Laugh Factory. Richards will address the controversy in his upcoming Simon & Schuster memoir, Entrances and Exits, which hits shelves in June.

Unfrosted, which Richards does not appear in, is Seinfeld's second film since his 2007 Dreamworks animated film Bee Movie, which he likewise created and penned with his writing team, Spike Feresten, Andy Robin, and Barry Marder. The film, which also stars Melissa McCarthy, Jim Gaffigan, Hugh Grant, and Amy Schumer, in addition to a murderer's row of comedic cameos, hits Netflix on Friday, May 3.
