Jerry Seinfeld's Rare Photo With All 3 Kids for Son's Graduation Stirs Up Debate Amongst Fans
After recently making headlines for his comments about comedy, Jerry Seinfeld's wife Jessica sparked debate among fans while sharing photos of their son Shepherd's high school graduation.
Jessica took to Instagram on June 11, writing alongside photos of herself, her three children and Seinfeld, "Our youngest son Shepherd graduated from high school yesterday. As I posted earlier in my stories, we gave him a flip phone for graduation in hopes he will turn in his smartphone. Many of you have asked if this is his first phone - I wish!"
She also shared a photo of the Light Phone, a minimalist device with a simple design and few features, asking people if they had one and their thoughts.
Maria Shriver commented, "Yes i gave one to my daughter who requested one when they came out. They are grrat for anyone trying to manage all the incoming," while Michael Strahan said, "??????????????????."
"Huge fan of the Lightphone. Does everything you need it to do and nothing else," wrote one fan, as another didn't agree, saying, "It’s a great idea in theory, but at the speed communication moves for most people that rely on it you need to have a smart phone."
Someone else suggested, "We instituted a '90s Summer' for our teen. Disconnect. Have 3 tv stations. Be bored. Be creative."
But this wasn't the only divisive conversation in the comments, as many people also pointed out the small detail in the photo that showed Shepherd holding a cigar in his hands.
"Why has no one mentioned the cigar in his hand?" questioned someone, as more wrote, "The cigar, tho.??," and "Is he smoking a cigar?! ??."
"Addicted to smartphones and hopefully not cigars?! ??," commented a different fan. Neither Jessica nor Jerry responded to the fans wondering why Shepherd was smoking.
Shepherd is the youngest child of the couple, while they are also parents to a daughter named Sascha, 23, and another son named Julian, 21.
