'Jersey Shore' star Ronnie's ex-girlfriend arrested after allegedly dragging him with a car
Reality star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was involved in serious drama over the weekend, and there were no Jersey Shore cameras around.
Jen Harley, Ortiz-Magro’s former girlfriend and the mother of their 12-week-old daughter, Ariana Sky, was arrested for domestic battery in the early hours of Monday morning in Las Vegas. Her bail was set at $3,000, according to the Clark County Detention Center’s online hub.
According to TMZ, Ortiz-Magro and Harley fought in a car she was driving as they headed home from a barbecue. She allegedly struck him in the face. He reportedly told her to pull over, so he could get out, but he was tangled in the seatbelt. When she began driving, Ortiz-Magro was dragged alongside the car.
Ortiz-Magro was left “bloodied and bruised,” TMZ reported.

Ortiz-Magro and Harley began dating in July 2017. Since their daughter’s birth, they’ve had several fights play out in public. They hurled insults at each other on Instagram and argued on Instagram Live in late April. Ortiz-Magro issued a regretful statement to followers for the latter incident: “I want to apologize to my family, friends and fans,” he said. “This is a private matter that should have never been made public. I remain focused on my daughter and she is my number one priority.”
On June 7, Ortiz-Magro and Harley fought at Planet Hollywood in Vegas. The Las Vegas police were called and said a battery had been committed against Ortiz-Magro. Multiple witnesses told officers that Harley “punched [Ortiz-Magro] in the head” and “spit on him,” according to People. Harley denied the accusations. “I did not hit him; I did not punch him,” she said at the time. “It was all recorded.”
The on-again, off-again couple are reportedly no longer together, although they continue to co-parent.
Ortiz-Magro famously feuded with another ex, former Jersey Shore co-star Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, during much of the MTV show’s original run. While he and most of his roommates, including Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Jennifer “JWoww” Farley, Mike “the Situation” Sorrentino, got back together for the new show, Giancola chose to “avoid potentially toxic situations” by sitting this one out.
