Jessica Pratt Makes Late-Night TV Debut With ‘Life Is’ on ‘Colbert’
Jessica Pratt made her late-night television debut on Colbert on Thursday.
The Los Angeles folkie brought “Life Is” to the stage, the opening track and lead single of her recent album Here in the Pitch, which Rolling Stone named one of the best albums of 2024 (so far). Watch below.
Other highlights on Here in the Pitch include “World on a String” and the final track, “The Last Year.” In an interview with us in May, Pratt broke down the record and revealed her favorite influences — most of them stemming from Sixties California rock — from the Beach Boys to Love to the Mamas and Papas.
