Jodie Foster has something special planned for Aaron Rodgers if she wins Golden Globe
Legendary actress Jodie Foster appeared on Thursday's Jimmy Kimmel Live! to promote her film The Mauritanian. Foster is nominated for a Golden Globe for her performance in the legal drama. Surprisingly though, it was actually an award that Green Bay Packers' quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, was nominated for, and won, that quickly became a topic of the night.
Rodgers recently won the NFL’s Most Valuable Player Award. During his acceptance speech, he thanked Foster as a member of his “team off the field.” Foster claims she doesn’t know Rodgers, but that she is a huge Green Bay Packers fan.

“He just knows I'm his biggest fan,” said Foster. “He said, ‘My team.’ Even though he said, ‘Off the field.’ That makes me a Green Bay Packer. People keep saying to me, ‘No Jodie, that does not mean you're part of the team.’ But it does mean I’m part of the team!”
Foster was so touched by Rodgers’ surprise shoutout that she plans to do the same for him, should she win at the upcoming Golden Globe Awards. When asked if she would say his name in an acceptance speech, she said, “Absolutely!.”
Jimmy Kimmel Live! airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. on ABC.
