Jon Moxley explained his actions on AEW Dynamite and said it’s time to try things his way.

At AEW All Out, Moxley shockingly turned on AEW World Champion Bryan Danielson and suffocated him with a plastic bag.

In a taped message on the September 11 episode of AEW Dynamite, Jon Moxley said that he did not enjoy what he did to Danielson, and he would not enjoy any moment of what needed to be done. He said that he would like nothing more than for Danielson to be by his side. Moxley said that Danielson did not have the stomach for this. He recalled how they made a commitment to build something that would last for years.

Moxley said that they couldn’t do it. He stated that he looked around, and all he saw were egos that were out of control, and it permeates AEW. Moxley said that he couldn’t do it anymore. He referenced William Regal and how Danielson was his favorite. Moxley noted that Regal once told him that guys like them were who they were. He said that he was no villain, but he was no hero, and he knew exactly why God put him here.

Jon Moxley then called himself the one true king of these lands, and he said that they tried Danielson’s way. He stated that diplomacy had failed, and he chose war.

PAC’s Message

Later in the show, Moxley and his group attacked Komander and Private Party. PAC said that the company was broken, and what happened was inevitable due to the festering environment. He stated that he had been lost, but now he had something to believe in. PAC then said that diplomacy had failed, and the company was theirs.
