Jordyn Woods Leans Into New York Style in Gold Jimmy Choo x Timberland Booties to Support Boyfriend Karl-Anthony Towns’ Knicks Game
More from Footwear News
Jordyn Woods served up classic New York It-girl energy while at Madison Square Garden over the weekend. Woods attended a Knicks game to support her boyfriend, basketball star Karl-Anthony Towns, who made his debut on the team last week.
The socialite took over the city streets in a pair of collaborative Jimmy Choo x Timberland booties. The designer ankle-length style featured shimmering suede uppers fixed with all-over gold Swarovski crystals, offering the silhouette a textural shine.
Sharp knife-like pointed toes gave way to yellow lace-up closures and asymmetrical co-branding on the collar. 4.5-inch stiletto heels rounded out the set. The style merges high fashion with street style, creating a juxtaposition of sporty and stylish that just makes sense. These days, the collaborative bootie can be shopped via second-hand websites like Lyst.
New York is a meaningful place for both Timberland and Jimmy Choo. The city served as the inspiration for their second collaboration. The launch of their second collaboration was a no-brainer given the success of their collaboration which launched back in 2020. The capsule featured seven styles in a range of men’s and women’s silhouettes.
Channeling a real New Yorker energy, the model donned a maximalist Knicks leather bomber jacket in shades of black, blue, orange and white. The oversized outerwear featured vibrant text scrawled on the front and patches all down the sleeves.
On the bottom, the star donned a denim patchwork maxi skirt that had a strong Britney Spears at the 2000 American Music Awards feel. The style incorporated different washes of denim from dark to light. As for accessories, Woods toted a faux fur orange mini bag accompanied by large gold hoops.
Where footwear is concerned, Woods often wears heeled sandals and pumps in a range of colors and silhouettes, often from luxury brands including Christian Louboutin, Tom Ford and Bottega Veneta. Off-duty, she can also be seen in slides by Ugg and APL, as well as sneakers from Nike, Chanel and Rick Owens.
