Josh Brolin, wife Kathryn welcome their second daughter, Chapel Grace: 'Our little Christmas evening angel'
"Avengers" star Josh Brolin and wife Kathryn announced the birth of their second child, a baby girl who entered the world at 6:20 p.m. Dec. 25.
And her name is Chapel Grace Brolin.
"Our little Christmas evening angel," wrote Kathryn on an Instagram post Sunday with the adorable newborn, announcing the child's full name.
Brolin, 52, who starred as the villain Thanos in the "Avengers" movies, posted his own photo of Chapel Grace, stating he was "not particularly religious."
"Everywhere we have traveled, the one place Kathryn and I always found a great solace in were chapels," Brolin wrote, adding that "a God feeling has heavily inundated our lives and chapels have always been sanctuaries where we felt connectedly free to gives thanks."

He further explained the name, "Chapel Grace is, to us, a manifestation of that celestial feeling that was always felt as we meandered and knelt."
The couple were married in September of 2016 and have a 2-year-old daughter, Westlyn Reign.
Brolin announced the birth of his first daughter with Kathryn with a short, sweet video of their sleeping baby on Instagram in November 2018.
"When we found it was a girl, we had three crazy days where we both went soft," Brolin told USA TODAY in 2018, describing himself as a Pillsbury Dough Boy of emotion.
Brolin has two adult children, Eden, 26, and Trevor, 32, from his first marriage to Alice Adair.
