Julia Fox Gave A Tour Of Her "Underwhelming Apartment," And It's Screaming Most Relatable Celebrity Of The Year

Did you ever wonder how a celebrity who grocery shops as flawlessly as this is really living?

Wait no more! Julia Fox, the queen of 2022 memes, blessed us with the most relatable celebrity apartment tour ever.

Julia started off with a bit of a disclaimer because she's genuinely down to earth. "I believe in maximum transparency, so I'm going to give you an apartment tour! I know I'm going to get roasted."

Ultimately, she wanted us to know she's just like us. "Maybe someone can watch this and be like, 'Okay, I'm not doing so bad.'"

She started the tour in her VERY modest bedroom, which was "also the living room."

And then she showed her actual bedroom, which she transformed into a "little playroom" for her son, Valentino.

Next, she showed off her "nostalgia mirror" with adorable baby photos of Valentino.

And then she showed photos of her BFFs Harmony and Gianna, who sadly both died.

Then she does a quick whip-pan transition to a painting of two classy-ass Barbies smoking cigarettes by the pool.

I got a kick out of her "little grow station where nothing is growing because [she doesn't] know what [she's] doing."

Now, check out her "very long hallway" where "nothing happens."

Her "little bathroom" was extremely practical because it "does what it's supposed to do." It's refreshingly simple compared to other celebrity bathrooms, except for the complimentary bottle of Mountain Valley flat water chilling on the corner of the sink.

Here's the cutest little kitchenette that belongs to Valentino.

And here's Julia's kitchen, which looks delightfully like every kitchen I ever had in my completely average, overpriced Los Angeles apartments.

We didn't get a look inside her refrigerator or cabinets, but she randomly highlighted this pink cotton candy machine on the table along with more bottles of Mountain Valley flat water.

Before she moved to the next room, she hilariously called herself out for having "shoeboxes in the kitchen," which she claims is "very common for New Yorkers."

Next, she shows off the room she "put the most effort" for Valentino.

It's literally the tidiest room in the apartment, but as Julia confesses, it's because "[Valentino] doesn't even sleep in there." They're "co-sleepers" and share the bed in the living room slash her bedroom.

The best part of the tour is when she casually added that she has a "small mouse problem" but only "depending on how you look at it."

"I kinda let them rock. I appreciate that at night, while we're sleeping, they come out and clean up the crumbs that my son drops on the floor. So, yeah, I'm not going to evict the mice anytime soon."

And, of course, it wouldn't be an official Julia Fox apartment tour if she didn't close out with some words of wisdom.

She explained why her apartment looks surprisingly normal and nothing like the over-the-top avant-garde fashion she's known for. "For me personally, I just — I don't like excessive displays of wealth. They make me feel icky."

"It's just really wasteful when there's so many homeless people in this country. I'm just not really like that," she added.

So, there you have it. Julia Fox is living marvelously mediocre like the rest of us — and I love every second of it.
