Jurassic World: Rebirth Gets New Release Date and First Look Images
David Koepp returns to pen a new Jurassic World script, and that script is "incredible", says Scarlett Johansson, who stars as Zora Bennett in the new film directed by Godzilla and Rogue One director Gareth Edwards.
Johansson is joined in Jurassic World: Rebirth by Emmy-nominated Jonathan Bailey, who stars as Dr. Henry Loomis, two-time Academy Award winner Mahershala Ali as Duncan Kincaid, Emmy nominee Rupert Friend as Martin Krebs, and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo as Reuben Delgado.
The film takes place five years after Jurassic World Dominion, where an expedition braves isolated equatorial regions to extract DNA from three massive prehistoric creatures for a groundbreaking medical breakthrough, as per IMDb.
The film now has a confirmed release date of July 2, 2025, and a fancy new logo which was shared by the official Jurassic World X (formerly known as Twitter) account.
As well as that, they shared a brand new first look of Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey, and Mahershala Ali in action as their characters.
Johansson and Bailey can be seen gazing with wonder through the tall grass, while Ali's character looks terrified, holding a flare.
Patrick Crowley and Frank Marshall serve as producers on the film, joined by executive producers Steven Spielberg and Denis L. Stewart.
