Justin Bieber has 99 problems and a lack of tattoos is certainly not one, as evidenced by his brand-new neck ink (see: slide one). The newlywed singer is covered from head to toe in decorative permanent ink, including a portrait of his ex-girlfriend (hi, Selena Gomez) and loads of religious symbols and meaningful script like “Forever.” Here’s your official breakdown of the Biebs’ body art.
“Forever” and a Bird

Justin posted about his new “Forever” ink on December 6, and it seems to be a complement to Hailey’s “Lover” tattoo. (They both enlisted Dr. Woo to tattoo them.) And above Justin’s new script, he has a bird with wings reaching back toward the other pair of wings on the back of his neck.
“Believe”

Justin has an album called Believe, so let’s assume this tattoo is a reference to some of his finest work. And speaking of things being fine, this font is...not.
The Prince and His Castle
