Kate Middleton's Family Portrait of Prince William and Kids Called 'Best Picture'
Kate Middleton has outdone herself with her latest photography project: A portrait of her husband, Prince William, with their three children.
The new photo was shared to the royal couple's official Instagram account on Friday, June 21, in honor of the Prince of Wales' 42nd birthday. In it, William held hands with his daughter, Princess Charlotte, 9, and youngest son, Prince Louis, 6, while his eldest, Prince George, 10, firmly grasped his brother's hand. The four were pictured from below as they leaped off a sandy dune at the beach wearing coordinated navy blue outfits.
"Happy birthday Papa, we all love you so much! Cx," the accompanying caption signed by Kate read, also giving photo credits to the princess and dating it from sometime this year.
"Possibly the best picture I’ve seen of the family," one top-liked comment applauded.
"The best bday photo I’ve seen," another similarly wrote. "Happy Bday Prince William!"
"Prince William looking straight at his ??," a third added, pointing out that the prince was looking straight at Kate as she snapped the sweet pic.
"Amazing photo," someone else shared. "you all look so very happy ??."
"Fantastic Birthday ?? Such an adorable family photo ??," a different Instagram user exclaimed.
While the 42-year-old princess wasn't pictured in the portrait, new photos of her at this year's Trooping the Colour ceremony are enough for fans. That said, she likely won't be making another public appearance anytime soon as she continues to undergo treatment for an unspecified type of cancer. However, she appears happy to keep in touch through photos she's shared online.
For Father's Day, Kate shared another picture she snapped featuring the future King and the couple's kids, this time, she deviated from tradition by signing the social media upload with her children's initials.
