Katie Holmes is haunted by a creepy doll in trailer for 'Brahms: The Boy II'
The Gift and Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark actress Katie Holmes returns to the horror genre on Feb. 21 with Brahms: The Boy II, a sequel to 2016’s creepy doll film, The Boy. In the production, a family moves into the Heelshire Mansion estate unaware of the place’s terrifying history. There, the clan’s young son soon makes an unsettling new friend, an eerily life-like doll he calls Brahms.
Brahms: The Boy II is written by Stacey Menear and directed by William Brent Bell, the same creative duo responsible for the original film, which starred Walking Dead actress Lauren Cohan and grossed a nifty $35 million at the US box office. In addition to Holmes, the cast of this sequel includes Christopher Convery (Gotham), Owain Yeoman (The Belko Experience), and Ralph Ineson (The Witch).
