Our Town marks the Broadway debut of Deutch, the daughter of director Howard Deutch and actress Lea Thompson who is known for her roles in Set It Up (2018) and 2022's Something from Tiffany's, which she also executive produced.
Holmes returns to Broadway for the first time in over a decade with Our Town, having made her debut on the Great White Way in the 2008 revival of All My Sons and last trod the boards in 2012's Dead Accounts.
The Dawson's Creek alum will portray Mrs. Webb in the play, opposite Tony and Emmy winner Richard Thomas as Mr. Webb, while Deutch will fill out the family as Emily Webb. A whopping 28 actors will star in the drama, led by Emmy-winner Jim Parsons as the "stage manager" narrator.
The Big Bang Theory alum, 51, last appeared in Mother Play, which ran from April 25 to June 16. It was nominated for four Tonys, including best play and best featured actor in a play for Parsons.

Written by Thornton Wilder, Our Town first opened on Broadway in 1938 to great acclaim, winning the Pulitzer Prize. It has been revived on Broadway four times since, most recently in a 2002 production led by the late Paul Newman.
Aside from the aforementioned actors, the show's revival cast also includes Ephraim Sykes as George Gibbs, as well as Billy Eugene Jones, Michelle Wilson, Donald Webber Jr. and Julie Halston. Newcomer Hagan Oliveras will play Wally Webb, Emily's brother.
Our Town follows the intersecting paths of the Gibbs and Webb families over the course of 12 years. George is the eldest son of Dr. Gibbs (Jones) and Mrs. Gibbs (Wilson), as well as the other brother of Rebecca Gibbs (Safiya Kaijya Harris).
Tickets for Our Town, playing at the Barrymore Theatre in New York City, are now on sale on Telecharge.com.
