Katy Perry’s Latest Post Proves the Days of Beef Between Her & Taylor Swift Are Officially Over
While the details might be a bit hazy after so many years, it’s no secret that Katy Perry and Taylor Swift had a longstanding feud. After all, while it’s yet to be confirmed, a few of Swift’s most famous songs, including “Bad Blood” and “Look What You Made Me Do,” have long been speculated to be about Perry.
But, as intense as their public beef got at one point, it seems like the two pop stars have not only buried the hatchet but have become friends too. Showing the world their newfound friendship this week, the “Teenage Dream” singer attended Swift’s latest Eras Tour concert in Sydney, Australia.

“got to see an old friend shine tonight ???,” Perry, who attended the concert with fellow singer Rita Ora, wrote on Instagram alongside a series of photos of videos from the night. In the first picture, Perry and Swift are seen cheek-to-cheek as they smile for a selfie backstage.
Alongside the sweet selfie, Perry shared two videos from the show, including a snippet from Swift performing “You Belong With Me” and, interestingly enough, her singing and Perry singing along to “Bad Blood.” How the tables have turned!
For the concert, Perry looked cool and stylish in a gray pinstripe two-piece set of a cropped vest and wide-legged pants. The “Roar” singer then accessorized with statement black glasses and silver jewelry.
In the comments, fans of the singers are unsurprisingly freaking out over the singer’s reunion and their maturity to rehash and move on from their past. “People were changed forever by this post,” wrote one fan. “queen supporting another queen,” another commenter wrote.
In attendance at the concert, in addition to Ora and her husband Taika Waititi, Perry was also joined by Swift’s boyfriend and recent Super Bowl winner Travis Kelce. Talk about a headline-making VIP box!
