Keith Urban’s New Song Reminds Fans How He & Nicole Kidman Raise Their Daughters in a Unique Way
Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman’s daughters have been in the public eye so much in 2024, despite being quite private beforehand. However, they’re Urban and Kidman’s kids; so they’ve traveled the world and done some very cool things; much like Urban growing up.
In fact, Urban’s new post reminded fans how much his childhood is like his daughter’s unique childhood.

On Aug 2, Urban shared a series of throwback photos of himself playing the guitar to celebrate the release of his new song.
In the caption, he wrote, “When I was a kid, our family moved around a lot. For me, a ‘hometown’ has always felt more about my family and a place inside of me—somewhere I could find my center.”
He added, “HEART LIKE A HOMETOWN is out now.” (You can see the photos HERE!)
Now, this insight made many, including the writers at Hello, realize that his childhood is truly so much like his and Kidman’s daughters, Sunday and Faith.
While Kidman and Urban work hard to ensure their kids stay out of the spotlight, like they wanted, the family of four travels everywhere; much like Urban when he was growing up.
This just shows Urban and Kidman played to their strengths, and know how to raise their daughters as travelers.
For those that don’t know, Kidman and her husband Keith Urban have two daughters together named Sunday, born in July 2008, and Faith, born in Dec 2010.
Kidman also has two children from her previous marriage to ex-husband Tom Cruise: Bella, born in Dec 1992, and Connor, born in Jan 1995.
In a rare, previous interview with Glamour, the Oscar-winning actress talked about how much she adores being a mother! “I just love kids. I said once, ‘I prefer children to adults.’ I like adults more now, not more than kids, though. I love being around children.”
