Kellie Pickler has officially let go of the longtime Nashville home she once shared with her late husband Kyle Jacobs.

The Tudor-style home first hit the market for $2.89 million in November 2023, PEOPLE previously reported. Pickler listed the property nearly nine months after Jacobs died by suicide at age 49 in February 2023.

Property records confirm that the home was first purchased in January 2010, just a year before the country singer, 37, tied the knot with Jacobs. It features four bedrooms and four full bathrooms spread out across 4,865 square feet.

The home was sold for $2.3 million by listing agent Sarah Kilgore of Pilkerton Realtors, according to their official website. It was first listed by Gary Ashton of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Advantage in November 2023, PEOPLE previously reported.

Kilgore has not yet responded to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Inside the home, the living room is equipped with a two-story fireplace. An eat-in kitchen with a center island, a wine cellar and a media room is also featured.

Among the home's many amenities are a three-car garage, a front porch with a seating area, a screened-in porch located beside the pool and a spacious backyard.

The American Idol alum and Jacobs first started dating in 2008 and wed in a surprise ceremony three years later.

Following Jacobs’ death, Pickler broke her silence by sharing a statement with PEOPLE in August.

“One of the most beautiful lessons my husband taught me was in a moment of crisis, if you don’t know what to do, ‘do nothing, just be still,'" she said. “I have chosen to heed his advice.”

“Thank you to my family, friends, and supporters, for the countless letters, calls, and messages that you have sent my way,” the radio host continued. “It has truly touched my soul and it’s helping me get through the darkest time in my life. As many of you have told me, you are all in my prayers.”

She added that an intimate memorial service was being planned for Jacobs in the fall as “that is what Kyle would have wanted.” Later in September, a “Celebration of Life” service was held at Franklin First UMC in Franklin, Tennessee, in which hundreds of people gathered to pay their respects to the late musician.

In April, Pickler returned to the stage for the first time since his death at Walkin' After Midnight: The Music of Patsy Cline at the Ryman Auditorium.

"I'd be lying if I didn't say I was incredibly nervous right now," Pickler said onstage, according to Rolling Stone and USA Today. "It's the first time I've been up on stage in a while."

"I know he is here with us tonight," she said of Jacobs.
